The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Lechesa Tsenoli, will honor the launch of the Tshepiso Mokoena Foundation that partnered with other stakeholders to raise funds and collect soccer boots and other sporting equipments for about 235 Deaf and hearing children from 11 schools in Gauteng. The kids are from Orlando East, Katlehong, Hammanskraal and Lenasia.
