The Department of Defence recently appointed Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Aubrey Phegelelo Sedibe as the Surgeon General of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF).
On Wednesday, 27 March 2013, the outgoing Surgeon General, Lt Gen Vejaynand Indurjith Ramlakan will hand over the command to incoming Surgeon General Lt Gen Phegelelo Sedibe.
