As the final count-down continues to build up an anticipation for the splendour, scintillating artistry and the exciting spring-bright colour display at the 2014 Gauteng Carnival this Saturday, the construction of grand costumes and large floats to form part of the parade is currently being finalized at the carnival base camps this week.
