The Department of Arts and Culture invites members of the media to the opening of the Cultural and Creative Industries Seminar between South Africa and China as part of the Year of China in South Africa. The event will take place on Wednesday, 11 November 2015 at the Human Sciences Research Council in Pretoria.
The Year of China in South Africa programme is aimed at strengthen cultural relations between the two countries through the business of culture by creating demand for South African cultural goods in China and therefore growing and developing the sectors as a substantial contributor to the national economy.
