The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) cordially invites you to the launch of the latest report on the status of the Marine Fishery Resources on Monday 08 June 2015. The event will take place as the global community celebrates World Oceans Day.
Drawing from this this month's youth focused activities, the event additionally aims to promote youth participation in the oceans economy and the day's activities will include a tour of the Sarah Baartman vessel and information session for young and aspirant marine, fisheries and ocean scientists.

Venue: Jetty 2, alongside the Sarah Baartman vessel, Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town
Please wear comfortable shoes.
Refreshments will be served on board the Sarah Baartman vessel.
