North West Acting Premier and MEC for Finance, Paul Sebegoe is to deliver the keynote address at the reception service of the District Convention hosted by the Platinum Circuit of the Methodist Women’s Prayer and Service Union Manyano to be held at the Mogwase Stadium this afternoon.
Acting Premier Sebegoe will use the opportunity afforded him to address the women’s convention convened under the theme: “Bambelela- “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess. Christ is faithful’’ to reflect on the critical role played by women and the church in changing South Africa to be a better place".
“We are honoured to be invited to interact with intercessors of our communities, country and Southern Africa who encourage the knitting together of hearts in love. The church needs to reclaim its prophetic mandate” ahead of his address.
Members of the media are invited to cover the address to be delivered to the over a thousand women from across the country and Southern African Development Community (SADEC) at the service to be held between 16h00-18h00.
