Ngaka Modiri Molema District launch of Thuntsha Lerole to coincide with the 2023 Integrated Public Service Month launch
The last district launch of Accelerated Service Delivery Programme – Thuntsha Lerole takes place this Friday at Tswaing Local Municipality in the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality and will coincide with the provincial launch of the 2023 Integrated Public Service Month celebration.
These activities will be led by the Acting Premier Nono Maloyi who will be accompanied by MECs of different departments, Executive Mayors and Mayors in Ngaka Modiri Molema District to provide service delivery interventions in the Tswaing Local Municipality.
Accelerated Service Delivery Programme – Thuntsha Lerole aims to activate communities to be solution oriented in addressing service delivery challenges in their localities while the Integrated Public Service Month programme, which is one of the Batho-Pele improvement initiatives, seeks to demonstrate the value and contribution of public servants towards the delivery of services across the three spheres of government.
Acting Premier Maloyi and MECs will lead service delivery activities in different areas of Tswaing municipality which includes fixing of street lights, patching potholes, clearing illegal dumping sites and de-bushing crime hotspots, inspection of vehicles, ensuring business compliance, application for identity documents, registration of SMMEs and many other activities.
The launch of Ngaka Modiri Molema Accelerated Service Delivery Programme - Thuntsha Lerole and the 2023 Provincial integrated Public Service Month will be held in Tswaing Local Municipality as follows:
