Western Cape Human Settlements MEC Bonginkosi Madikizela will hand over ten of the final houses of the completed 250 unit Slangrivier Housing Project near Heidelburg, in the Hessequa Municipality of the Western Cape. The eldest beneficiary will be 75 year-old Mr Adam September.
Construction on the houses began in October of 2012, and was completed at the end of March 2013, at a cost of R19.9 million.
