The Gauteng Provincial Legislature in commemorating the Women’s Month and as part of its oversight, law-making and public participation mandate prescribed by the Constitution will hold the Women’s Sector Parliament tomorrow. The theme of the Sitting is “The Knowledge Economy and Development Opportunity”.
The Sector Parliament aims to engage with Civil Society organisations that represent women interests as part of the Legislature’s work to seek the views of voters in its core business of oversight and law making.
The Sector Parliament is scheduled as follows:
