Gauteng Premier, Nomvula Mokonyane and Members of her Executive Council (MECs) will tomorrow, 24 March, return to Soshanguve, north of Pretoria to assess progress in delivering government services since her visit three weeks ago.
On March 3, Premier Mokonyane, together with her MECs, committed to ensuring that government departments would return to the area to ensure that residents access government services. The visit to Soshanguve also forms part of the Gauteng executive’s direct interaction with communities around Gauteng to assess levels of service delivery.
From 24 to 25 March various government departments, including Home Affairs and Health and Social Development will set up temporary offices at the Father Smangaliso Mkhatshwa Centre.
