Gauteng Premier, Nomvula Mokonyane, will deliver her second state of the province address during the official opening of the provincial legislature on Monday, 22 February 2010. In her speech, the Premier will outline key priorities and programmes for the 2010/11 financial year and the remainder of the current term of offices.
