Gauteng Premier Nomvula Mokonyane, together with Community Safety MEC Nonhlanhla Mazibuko and Provincial Police Commissioner Mzwandile Petros will tomorrow, 31 March 2011, address the media about some of the decisions taken by the Executive Committee as part of efforts to fight crime in the province.
Mokonyane made it clear during her State of the Province Address last month that one of the priorities that the province will focus on this year is ensuring the safety of the people of Gauteng. Premier will also announce the deployment of more patrol vehicles on the streets and plans to build new police stations in the province.
