Journalists will be given early access to all documents in the Media Lock-up Session under strict surveillance in order to facilitate a thorough coverage of the budget. Also journalists will be provided with an opportunity to engage the MEC on key issues during the media briefing that will be held in the Media Lock-Up Session.
