Public Finance Management Act 1 of 1999 Section 27 (2) stipulate that the MEC for Finance must table the Provincial annual Budget for a Financial year in the Provincial Legislature. It is under this Legislated background that he Member of the Executive Council for Provincial Planning and Finance, Mr Phumulo Masualle, will deliver his 2012/13 Provincial Budget Speech on the 6 March 2012.
