The Eastern Cape education department is up in arms to ensure that gone are the days of ‘technophobic teachers and learners’, hence the launch of the provincial technology exhibition at the East London Education Institute tomorrow, 28 September 2011, at 9h00.
The technology exhibition will see all the 23 districts converging under one roof to partake in the exposition and will come up with the best exhibitor.
Although there are also external exhibitors lines up for this show, districts will be prioritised to ensure that they outline their best technology practices.
Members of the media fraternity and communities in and around East London are cordially invited to witness the progress made by the department to ensure that the conditions of teaching and learning in schools are improved.
