Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe will address the End Conscription Campaign thanksgiving service as part of their 25 year anniversary.
The 25th anniversary celebration provides the country with an important opportunity to reflect on the successes of the End Conscription Campaign, and the value of issues such as individual conscience, social activism, and non-racialism.
