The Deputy Minister Thulas Nxesi cordially invites members of the media to a graduation ceremony for the National Rural Development Youth Service Corps (NARYSEC) in Worcester in the Western Cape on Friday, 10 December 2010.
About 600 learners from the NARYSEC programme attended a two-week course at various colleges in the province.
NARYSEC is a programme that is aimed at youth in rural areas. The programme is aimed at training the youth in various skills after which they will be deployed in their respective communities to participate in socio-economic development projects. It is also aimed at increasing job opportunities.
