The Deputy Minister of Public Works, Ms Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu cordially invites you to a graduation ceremony of 98 learners who completed the theoretical training of the Artisan Development Programme.
The 18 month training programme is funded by the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) National Youth Service (NYS) and Nuclear Energy Corporation of South Africa (NECSA) was appointed as a service provider to train the learners.
The national Department of Public Works is committed to creating jobs through EPWP, and the graduation of these learners is a continuation of the commitment of the Department of Public Works to making 2011, the year of creating jobs, as proclaimed by President Jacob Zuma in his state of the nation address.
Deputy Minister Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu will be handing over the certificates to the 98 learners.
