Members of the media are invited to accompany the Deputy Minister of Police Fikile Mbalula and Provincial Commissioner Petros to the affected Sthembele Mathiso Secondary School, where a school principal was slain. The visit will take place today, 25 August 2009 at 14h00.
The purpose of the visit is to ascertain ourselves on the security measures at the schools, ensure public confidence on the police investigation and send condolences to the family and school.
The school address is New Crossroads, Corner NY 78 and Koornhof streets.
