The Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Mr Thabang Makwetla, will tomorrow, 12 March 2010, deliver a keynote address at the launch of the North West South African National Military Veterans Association (SANMVA).
The deputy minister is expected to touch on among other things, the Military Veterans Bill and its proposed benefits and cost as well as the role of military veterans prior and post 1994.
