The Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Mr Thabang Makwetla, will today, 7 April 2011, deliver a keynote address at the farewell function of the Freedom Park Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr Wally Serote.
Dr. Serote, the first chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Arts and Culture in a democratic South Africa will be retiring from active service as the founding CEO of the Freedom Park.
