The Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Mr Thabang Makwetla, will today, 6 April 2011, deliver a memorial lecture which is part of celebrations of the 32nd commemoration of the late Solomon Mahlangu who was killed on the same day, 6 April at Pretoria Central Prison in 1979.
