Deputy Minister of Home Affairs and Limpopo MEC for Safety, Security and Liaison visit Musina to condemn issues of xenophobic attacks

Deputy Minister Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba and Limpopo MEC of Safety, Security and Liaison, Mme Dikeledi Magadzi will on Thursday, 6 and Friday 7 August 2009, visit Musina to promote public awareness on issues of crime and the scourge of xenophobia under the theme "Deepening a winning partnership against crime."

The campaign intends to address the issues of xenophobia and crime in the Musina policing area. This event is targeting Mmatswale ext 6 and 9 areas as a result of increased level of crime.

As part of the visit both Deputy Minister and the MEC will meet with all the stakeholders in the area to address issues relating to crime and xenophobia, as well as control and security at ports of entry in Limpopo, and other immigrations related matters.
