Deputy Minister for Higher Education and Training, Professor Hlengiwe Mkhize, will on Thursday, 17 May represent the South African government in signing a joint declaration on collaboration and dialogue in education and training with the European Union (EU).
Signing on behalf of the EU will be the European Commission's Director-General for Education and Culture, Mr Jan Truszczyński, who is responsible for Education, Training, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth in the EU.
