The Deputy Minister of Energy Ms Barbara Thompson is currently in Ganspan Village in the Northern Cape where she is doing door-to-door visits, talking to people about service delivery issues, conducting switch-ons and educating the community about Census. She is accompanied by local Mayor Vuyisile Khan.
