The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DoJ &CD) and Department of Communications (DoC) invite the media to a briefing, to communicate the outcomes of the Regulation of Interception of Communication and Provision of Communication Related Information (RICA) campaign.
Present at the briefing will be the mobile cellular operators (Cell C, MTN and Vodacom) to share information on the post-registration campaign.
