The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) invites members of the media to attend the second Business Process Outsourcing and Offshoring (BPO&O) conference.

The conference will emphasise the dti's role in the sustainability and growth of the sector and promote and market South Africa's value proposition on BPO. It will further strengthen the partnership between government and industry to provide an enabling environment for the sector. It will also be graced by international speakers from India, Canada, United States of America (USA) and United Kingdom (UK).
