Department of Rural Development and Land Reform Deputy Minister, Dr Joe Phaahla, will participate in a panel discussion on "The Constitution, Land Reform, and Implications to Business" during a Black Management Forum (BMF) symposium tomorrow, 29 April 2010 at 14h00.
