The Department of Labour (DoL) wishes to inform stakeholders who have an interest in the proposed amendments to labour legislation that the planned public briefing that was supposed to be held on 20 April has been postponed to 10 May.
The DoL wishes to apologise profusely to all stakeholders for the inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control.
The public briefing is intended to inform the public about the Labour Relations Amendment Bill and the Basic Conditions of Employment Amendment Bill. It will be held at 10am in Hunters Rest in Rustenburg.
