History will be made on Monday, 17 August 2009, when the Department of Defence will for the first time host the International Military Nursing conference at the Saint George Hotel in Centurion, South Africa.
This groundbreaking conference will focus on military nursing as a catalyst in support of military medicine and is being hosted by the South African Military Health Service from 17 to 21 August 2009. The conference will be opened by the Surgeon General, Lieutenant General Vijay Ramlakan on Monday, 17 August 2009.
