Western Cape MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Alan Winde will meet Chef Luke Dale Roberts at the Test Kitchen and congratulate him on his restaurant being voted the 74th best in world in the S. Pellegrino awards. The Test Kitchen was one of two African restaurants to make the list.
Dale Roberts will be showing MEC Winde how to make one of his signature dishes.
