King Xolilizwe Sigcawu was the king of the Gcaleka before he passed away on 31 December 2005.
The Amatshawe Royal Council identified Mpendulo Sigcawu as the successor who was then recognised as the King of the Gcaleka by the executive authority in terms of the legislation
