Gauteng holds Infrastructure Investment Conference, 16 to 17 Jul

Gauteng Infrastructure Investment Conference postponed for July

The inaugural Gauteng Infrastructure Investment Conference that was scheduled to take place on 17-18 June 2015 at the Sandton Convention Centre has been postponed.

The Gauteng Provincial Government recognises the importance of infrastructure investment for the growth of the provincial economy and is still committed to hosting this conference next month.

The conference is a key step towards strengthening partnership and collaboration between government and the private sector. It is convened by the provincial government as a platform for key role-players from the public and private sector to discuss the infrastructure needs and plans for the Gauteng City Region.

It will further create the possibility for investors and government to network and identify specific investment opportunities.

The conference will be attended by individuals and various groups, including government, state owned enterprises, investors, property developers, financial services companies, transport sector and ICT companies.
The provincial government and municipalities are working with national government to increase investment in critical infrastructure that supports economic and social transformation.

The new details for the conference are as follows:
Date: 16-17 July 2015
Time: 9h00
Venue: Gallagher Estate
