The Deputy Minister of Energy, Ambassador Thembisile Majola, will conduct the workshop on Business Opportunities for Women in the Energy Sector Workshop on the 12 -13 August 2015 in Polokwane, Limpopo province.
The workshop seeks to explore how women fit into the sector and how they can take advantage of this growing industry.
The workshop will also address the issues of policy and access to finance, the business opportunities offered by different industries.
Theme of the event is “Knowledge is power- empowering women in the energy sector in South Africa”.
