Deputy Minister Buti Manamela gives keynote address at Technological Higher Education Network South Africa (THENSA), 7 Mar

The Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Mr Buti Manamela, will give a keynote address at the Technological Higher Education Network South Africa (THENSA) on Thursday in Cape Town.
 
The Technological Higher Education Network South Africa (THENSA) is a representative body for technology-focused higher education institutions in South Africa and Africa.

It is governed by a Board of Directors comprising the Vice-Chancellors of its ten (10) Member Institutions.
 
The purpose of the colloquium is to promote relevant, impactful, and globally competitive qualifications, skills, research, and innovation in partnership with Business, Industry, and Educational and Research Institutions locally and internationally to ensure a vibrant economy in South Africa and Africa.
 
THENSA has 21 innovation, research, entrepreneurship, and capacity development projects collaborating with its strategic partners, including the Department of Science and Innovation (DSI).
