Deputy Minister in the Presidency Buti Manamela will address the Student Leadership Capacity Development Project which is organised by the Department of Higher Education and Training in partnership with the Centre for Education Policy Development and the University of the Witwatersrand.
The National Youth Policy 2015-2020 advocates for youth leadership. Deputy minister Manamela is therefore expected to address the student leadership at Wits on leadership and taking responsibility.
