Today, 11 November 2015, the Competition Commission and the Competition Tribunal will host the 9th Annual Conference on Competition Law, Economics & Policy, as part of the pre-BRICS conference events. The conference is an annual academic platform to discuss cases and developments in competition law enforcement. There will be a blend of panel discussions and plenary sessions featuring renowned local and international speakers.
The Commission and the Namibian Competition Commission will on the sideline of the Conference, sign a Memorandum of Understanding. The MoU is aimed at promoting cooperation in the field of competition law enforcement and policy.
