The Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform will tomorrow get a briefing from the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform about a comprehensive report on the Recapitalisation and Development Programme.
There will also be a report on alleged fraud and corruption by a consultant contracted by the department for Muyexe’s Mancena’s Women Garden Cooperative.
