Members of the media who have successfully applied for accreditation to cover the 2026 National Youth Day Commemoration, marking the 50th Anniversary of the 1976 Soweto Uprising, scheduled to take place at the FNB Premium Parking (open field adjacent to the FNB Stadium) in the City of Johannesburg, Gauteng province on the 16th of June 2026, are advised to collect media accreditation cards as follows:

Day 1: Sunday, 14 June 2026
Time: 10:00 – 16:00
Day 2: Monday, 15 June 2026
Time: 09:00 – 19:00
Day 3: Tuesday, 16 June 2026
Time: 07:00 – 09:00
Required documents for collection:
* Valid South African ID document or passport
* Driver's licence (where applicable)
* Valid press card or letter of assignment from an editor
Important notice:
* No drones will be permitted at the venue on 16 June 2026.
