This festive season, the Shabangu family of 28, including nine grandchildren, will enjoy their new quality living space. This is courtesy of the MEC of the multi-award winning Department of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs Mr Soviet Lekganyane in collaboration with Limpopo SABC Regional General Manager Mr Victor Ravhuanzwo.
The current shack they live in is not habitable and therefore the MEC responded to their plight. The Departmental partnership with the SABC is really a true sign of collectivism. Indeed working together we can do more!
The Department and the SABC invites all members of the media to attend the official hand-over of a quality house to the Shabangu family scheduled as follows:
