The Eastern Cape Premier, Noxolo Kiviet and the Members of the Executive Council are reaching out to the far flung areas of Clarkson, Woodlands and Snyklip in the Cacadu District Municipality on 4 July 2012.
This is part of the annual Exco Outreach Programme that seeks to promote interaction between the provincial political leadership and the people and launch projects to better the lives of the people in the district.
