The Deputy Minister of Tourism Tokozile Xasa and North West MEC for Economic Development, Environment, Conversation and Tourism, Ms Motlalepula Rosho are to interact with Tourism Stakeholders on Service Excellence.
The objective of the breakfast meeting is to heighten the Service Excellence Standards in the North West province as well as implement service standards as approved by the National Department of Tourism.
