Minister in the Presidency for Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Collins Chabane will brief the media on the Terms of Reference (ToR) of the Presidential State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Review Committee and the review framework and methodology. Minister Chabane will be accompanied by the Chairperson of the Committee, Ms Riah Phiyega who will also give a technical briefing on the terms of reference and framework.
