Bill public hearing in Gauteng

The National Council of Provinces' Ad Hoc Committee on the Protection of State Information Bill continues with its public hearings tomorrow (14 February) when it goes to Gauteng.

Having already interacted with the people of the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Free State in the last two weeks, the 15-member committee will be split into two groups for the Gauteng public hearings to be held in Tshwane and Sharpeville tomorrow.

The hearings afford members of the public an opportunity to express their views on the proposed legislation. They are allowed to make oral and written submissions regarding the Bill.

Group 2: Sedibeng District Municipality
Venue: Rhoda Yende Hall, Sharpeville
Time: 09h00-16h00
