Arts and Culture to make the FIFA World Cup a truly African experience

The Minister of Arts and Culture, Ms Lulu Xingwana invites members of the media to a briefing on the 2010 arts and culture programme. In formed by the need to make the FIFA World Cup a truly African experience, the Department of Arts and Culture has developed and finalised the arts and culture programme. During the briefing, Minister Xingwana will officially announce the different elements of the programme. The briefing will take place as follows:
