Human Settlements Minister, Tokyo Sexwale will deliver the 4th annual Nelson Mandela memorial lecture organised by the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality in Port Elizabeth tomorrow at 17:00 at the City Hall.
The lecture will be preceded by wreath laying ceremonies at the graves of amongst others, Govan Mbeki, Raymond Mhlaba and the first members of uMkhonto Wesizwe who were executed by the Apartheid hangman in Pretoria on 06 November 1964.
