A dark cloud is yet again hanging over the heads of South Africans following
the brutal murder of one of our finest artist, Mr Lucky Dube. The MEC for
Sport, Arts and Culture, Mr Ace Magashule would like to extend his condolences
to the family, friends, colleagues and supporters of Lucky Dube.
Undoubtedly, Lucky Dube is one of the artists in our country who have
catapulted music as an art form to greater heights. His international standing
as a musician of note has placed this country under a global spotlight which
continues to shine. May his spirit rest in peace and may his legacy never
fade.
Hopefully, his death will not be in vain as we believe that the authorities
will bring those who are responsible for his death to justice.
