The national Minister of Housing, Lindiwe Sisulu, will hold a community
meeting at Crossroads, Cape Town on Sunday, 29 October 2006. Prior to the
community meeting which starts at 13h00, the Minister will take a walk about to
Boys Town, New Rest, Gqobas and Phillipi TRAs (Temporary Residential Areas),
where she will interact with the community and inspect the area planned for
housing construction. This walkabout will start at 10h30.
The media is invited to accompany Minister Sisulu on the walk about as well
as attend the Crossroads community meeting.
