nokolula umanyano olusisicwangciso sommandla.

Kwangaxesha nye siyakuphucula ukunxibelelana kwe-SADC kunye neMarike
eQhelekileyo yaseMpuma kunye nakumaZantsi e-Afrika kunye noluNtu lwe-Afrika
eseMpuma. La maphulo ayakuqalelwa ukwandisa kunokuba enze buthathaka iseti
enzulu yonxulumano esilonwabelayo kunye neManyano yokuziPhatha yamaZantsi
e-Afrika.

Ngeli thuba sinqwenela ukuthi halala kubantu kunye neenkokheli zase-Zambia,

Kwiminyaka edlulileyo kuye kwacaca nangaphambi koko ukuba kuninzi okunokuzuzwa

Sikwathanda ukuqinisela ukuzibophelela kwethu kubudlelwane obusondeleyo
esiye sabenza ne-Brazil kunye ne-India oko sikwenza nge-IBSA; kunye kwakhona
nobudlelwane ilizwe lethu elibenze ne-Russia, kunye namazwe ase- Asia, kuMbindi
Mpuma, ngokunjalo nase-Latin nakumNtla Melika.

Kumathuba amaninzi siye savakalisa ukukhathazeka kwethu ngenxa yokuzinga
kwembambano kuMbindi Mpuma jikelele ingakumbi kwaSirayeli nasePalestina. Ukuba
nzulu kokuphoxeka kwethu ekunyukeni kwembambano kunye nelahleko enkulu yobomi,
ingakumbi abantu abangekho mkhosini kuqukwa abantwana, abasetyhini nabantu

Sikunye namanye amazwe asemaZantsi siyakuqhuba silandela ukwakhiwa ngokutsha
kweZizwe eziManyeneyo, iNgxowa-mali yezeMali yamaZwe ngamaZwe, kunye namanye
amaziko amaninzi ukuze abonise amazwe ngamazwe atshintshileyo natshintsha
ngokwenene kwaye asebenza ngendlela enedemokhrasi, enobulungisa
nengafihliyo.

Sikwazibophelela nasekuhlangabezaneni neenjongo zezivumelwano zamazwe
ngamazwe, kuqukwa ne-Kyoto Protocol kunye nabo balandelayo kuyo oko kusenzelwa

Iinzame zethu yimithetho-siseko emibini esisiseko eyile: imfuno kuthi
yokuphumeza igunya elanikwe lo rhulumentehe ngo-2004; kunye nokubaluleka
kokuqinisekisa ukuba urhulumente oza kungena emva konyulo ufumana umgangatho
osele ulungele ukuphumeza ezi nkqubo ngaphandle kolibaziseko
olungafanelekanga.
