conditions for individual and class licences

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) has
published a notice to prescribe the general terms and conditions for individual
and class licences for limited discussion. Once finalised, these terms and
conditions will apply to licensees.
Interested parties are invited to make written representations with regard
to the proposed regulations before 19 September 2007. Such representations
should be directed to the attention of Mathibela Selepe, Block A, Pinmill Farm,
164 Katherine Street, Sandton or emailed to mselepe@icasa.org.za.
Copies of the proposed regulations can be obtained from Icasa Library, Block
D, Pinmill Farm, 164 Katherine Street, Sandton.
The authority will be publishing the terms and conditions for the licence
exempt category on 7 September 2007.
